Swift Software Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), operating the website finmitra.swiftsoftware.in under the brand FinMitra(the "Platform"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. By using the Platform and submitting an enquiry, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

FinMitra is a financial marketplace. We are not a bank, lender, or agent. Our role is to connect you with a verified financial partner for your enquiry.

1. Data we collect

When you submit a Home Loan enquiry, we collect:

• Contact details — full name, mobile number (verified via OTP), email, city and state, preferred contact time.
• Financial and property details — employment type, income, existing EMI, property type/stage/value, loan amount, existing bank relationship, and any notes you provide.
• Technical data — IP address, browser/device information, basic usage analytics (Google Analytics 4), and consent records (what you agreed to, when, and from which IP/device).

We collect only what is needed to process your enquiry.

2. How we use your data

• Verify your mobile number (via OTP).
• Review and qualify your enquiry.
• Share your enquiry with a financial partner only after your consent (see section 3).
• Contact you regarding your enquiry.
• Improve the Platform and measure demand (aggregated analytics).
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing with financial partners

We share your enquiry with a financial partner only if you have given explicit consent at submission, and only the information necessary to process your enquiry. We will never sell your personal data, or share it without your consent.

4. Consent and withdrawal

You provide consent by ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the form. You may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by contacting support@swiftsoftware.in. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

5. Data retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes and legal obligations — up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law — after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, or erase your data, withdraw consent, and seek grievance redressal (see section 8). To exercise any right, contact support@swiftsoftware.in.

7. Data security

We protect your data with HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate safeguards.

8. Grievance Officer

We use essential cookies to run the Platform and Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them via our cookie banner; you can decline non-essential cookies without affecting your ability to submit an enquiry.

The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above.
